Rules for buying and selling goods in the online shop www.rekoprint.lt

1. Definitions

1.1. Seller - Private legal person registered in the Vilnius Branch of the Register of Legal Entities of the State Enterprise "Centre of Registers" of the Republic of Lithuania, is a private legal person Mažoji bendrija MB "Rekoprint", legal entity code 132748387, VAT payer code LT327483811, registered office address Kampo g. 7, LT-50153 Kaunas, correspondence address Kampo g.7, LT-50153 Vilnius.
1.2. www.rekoprint.lt - an online shop located at www.rekoprint.lt 
 1.3. Buyer - (1) a natural person of legal capacity, i.e. a person who has reached the age of majority and whose legal capacity has not been restricted by a court order; (2) a minor aged between 14 and 18 years who has the consent of his/her parents or legal guardians, unless he/she has been emancipated; (3) a legal person; and (4) the duly authorised representatives of all of the above.
1.4. Countries - Buyer and Seller together.
1.5. Personal data - any information relating to a natural person, i.e. a data subject whose identity is known or can be established, directly or indirectly, by reference to data such as a personal identification number, one or more physical, physiological, psychological, economic, cultural or social characteristics specific to that person.
1.6. Rules - these "Buying and selling goods in an online shop www.rekoprint.lt  rules".
1.7. Account - Buyer registration www.rekoprint.lt  the result of creating an account that stores your personal data and order history.
1.8. Privacy Policy - A document approved by the Seller which sets out the basic rules for the collection, aggregation, processing and storage of Personal Data, using www.rekoprint.lt .

2. General provisions

2.1 The Buyer confirms the Terms and Conditions by reading them and by ticking the box next to the statement "I have read the Terms and Conditions for the purchase and sale of goods in the online shop www.rekoprint.lt  the rules and accept them." The Rules so approved shall constitute a binding legal document for the Parties, setting out the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller, the conditions for the purchase of the Goods and payment for them, the procedure for the delivery and return of the Goods, the liability of the Parties, and any other matters relating to the purchase and sale of Goods www.rekoprint.lt  related conditions.
2.2. Buy www.rekoprint.lt  only Buyers, as defined in point 1.3 of the Rules, shall be entitled to do so. By accepting the Terms and Conditions and reading the Privacy Policy (Clause 2.4 of the Terms and Conditions), the Buyer confirms that he/she has the right to purchase the goods www.rekoprint.lt 
2.3.In case of necessity or in the circumstances provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania, the Seller shall have the right to change, amend or supplement the Rules. The Buyers will be informed thereof by logging into the www.rekoprint.lt  or www.rekoprint.lt  when buying goods for the first time after the new version of the Regulations comes into force. In order to ensure that Buyers are aware of any changes to the Terms and Conditions, a link to the new version of the Terms and Conditions will be sent to the email addresses provided by Buyers to the Seller. The new version of the Terms and Conditions shall enter into force upon its publication www.rekoprint.lt 
2.4 The Buyer must familiarize themselves with the Seller's approved and published Privacy Policy. The Buyer shall express his/her consent or disagreement with the specific uses of the Buyer's Personal Data in accordance with the procedures set out in the Privacy Policy itself.
2.5 Where the Seller has the right or obligation to provide the Buyer with information or documents by email, it is the Buyer's responsibility to provide the Seller with a valid email address belonging to the Buyer in all cases.


3. Ordering the goods, the moment when the legal relationship of sale and purchase is established

3.1 The Buyer may order goods www.rekoprint.lt  by choosing one of the following methods:

3.1.1. by registering online www.rekoprint.lt  (by entering your username and password);
3.1.2. without registering online www.rekoprint.lt ;

3.2.When ordering goods by one of the methods specified in Clauses 3.1.1 - 3.1.2 of the Rules, the Buyer must specify his/her Personal Data necessary for the proper execution of the order in the relevant information fields provided by the Seller.
3.4 When the Buyer, having selected the goods or services to be purchased and having formed a shopping cart, completes all the steps of the order, the last of which is the selection of the payment method and the confirmation of the payment of the money to the Seller's account, it shall be deemed that a legal relationship of sale and purchase has been established and a contract of sale and purchase has been concluded between the Seller and the Buyer. The Seller shall send the Buyer a link to the applicable Terms and Conditions together with the order confirmation to the e-mail address provided by the Buyer.
3.5 Each Buyer's order shall be stored www.rekoprint.lt  in the database.
3.6 The Seller shall not be liable for any mock-ups provided by the Buyer for production, nor for any material provided by the Buyer which uses any copyright material. The Seller shall not check the layouts sent. The Buyer shall ensure that no spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors have been left in the layout, that the layout does not contain images of poor quality or low resolution, that there are no other layout errors and that the layout has been prepared in accordance with best practice before submitting the layout. The buyer, having uploaded to the www.rekoprint.lt the layout of the publication to be printed, confirms that the layout he/she has submitted is correctly prepared for printing by ticking the box next to the statement "I confirm that the uploaded files are properly prepared for printing and I understand that www.rekoprint.lt will not check the press suitability of the files I upload.".

3.7 The Seller reserves the right to check the content and, depending on its context, to cancel orders containing, for example, content prohibited by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, censorship, violent content, pornography or other content unacceptable to society.
For orders made via www.rekoprint.lt  the self-service system does not comply with the LR and the printing press www.rekoprint.lt  content standards, the printer reserves the right to cancel the order without prior notice and refund the money to the customer's account within 3 days.
3.8 The Seller shall not be liable for any error made by the Buyer in the choice of finishes, quantity or product type.
3.9 In view of the specific nature of the production of printed products, the Parties agree that the permitted quantity tolerance may be up to 5 % of the quantity of goods specified in the order. If the quantity of goods supplied by the Seller is within the tolerance set out in this clause, the Buyer undertakes to accept the goods as conforming to the order and not to require that the shortfall in the quantity of goods to the quantity specified in the order be produced and supplied in addition for the same price.


4. Buyer's rights

4.1 The Buyer shall have the right to purchase goods and order services www.rekoprint.lt in accordance with the procedures set out in these Rules...
4.2 The Buyer shall have the right to cancel the order in accordance with the procedure set out in these Terms and Conditions.
4.3 The Buyer shall have the right to withdraw from the Contract in accordance with the procedures set out in these Conditions.
4.4 The Buyer shall have the right to exchange or return the purchased goods in accordance with the procedure set out in the Regulations.
4.5 The Buyer shall have other rights set out in these Rules, the Privacy Policy and the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.



5. Obligations of the Buyer

5.1. the Buyer shall, by using www.rekoprint.lt, shall comply with its obligations, these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and any other terms and conditions expressly stated in www.rekoprint.lt, and not to infringe the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.
5.2 The Buyer shall pay for and accept the goods or services ordered in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.



6. Seller's rights

6.1 The Seller shall have the right to modify, suspend or terminate certain www.rekoprint.lt the operation of all or part of its functions, and to change www.rekoprint.lt the layout of the elements.
6.2 The Seller shall be entitled to suspend or terminate www.rekoprint.lt activities. In this case, all accepted and confirmed orders of Buyers shall be closed and no new orders shall be accepted.
6.3 The Seller has the right to change the services provided by www.rekoprint.ltthe scope or manner of supply, suspend, terminate or charge for services or part of services.
6.4 If the Buyer attempts to undermine www.rekoprint.lt the stability, security or failure to perform its obligations, the Seller shall be entitled to restrict or suspend the Buyer's access to www.rekoprint.lt or, in exceptional cases, to cancel the Buyer's Account.
6.5 The Seller shall have other rights as set out in these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, other www.rekoprint.lt documents and legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.



7. Obligations of the Seller

7.1 The Seller undertakes to comply with these Terms and Conditions and other www.rekoprint.lt to give the Buyer access to the www.rekoprint.lt services.
7.2 The Seller undertakes to make clear and understandable www.rekoprint.lt to provide the Buyer with the information set out in Article 6.2287 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.
7.3 The Seller undertakes to respect the privacy of the Buyer,. The Seller shall process the Buyer's Personal Data only in accordance with the procedure set out in the Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy and the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
7.4. to inform the Buyer prior to the placing of the order of any information relevant to the execution of the order www.rekoprint.lt suspension or termination of functions, as well as the amendments referred to in points 6.2 to 6.3 of the Rules. Submission of information www.rekoprint.lt is considered adequate information.
7.5 Subject to the Terms and Conditions, the Seller undertakes to deliver the Goods ordered by the Buyer and to accept the Buyer's returns.
7.6 If the Seller is unable to deliver the goods ordered to the Buyer due to important circumstances, the Seller undertakes to offer the Buyer an analogous product or a product that is as similar as possible in terms of its characteristics. If the Buyer refuses to accept the goods offered as analogous or similar, the Seller undertakes to refund the Buyer the money paid within 14 (fourteen) working days, if prepayment has been made, and to cancel the order in all cases.
7.7.The Seller, disagreeing with the Buyer's claims, must provide the Consumer with a detailed reasoned written response within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt of the Buyer's request, unless otherwise provided for by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and the European Union.
7.8.The Seller undertakes to fulfil other obligations imposed on the Seller by the Rules, the Privacy Policy and the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.

8. Prices, payment procedures and terms

8.1 The prices of the Goods in the order shall be quoted in euros, including the VAT rate applicable at the time in accordance with the law.
8.2 The Buyer may pay for the ordered goods in one of the following ways:

8.2.1. through electronic banking;
8.2.2. by bank transfer;

8.4 By accepting the Terms and Conditions, the Buyer agrees that the purchase documents, i.e. VAT invoices, shall be submitted to the Buyer by electronic means to the e-mail address indicated in the Buyer's registration form no later than the time of delivery of the goods to the Buyer. The VAT invoices shall specify the goods selected, the quantity, the discounts to be granted, the final price of the goods, including all taxes, and any other data required to be provided in accordance with the accounting legislation.
8.5 The Seller shall also place the VAT invoices for the goods purchased by the Buyer on www.rekoprint.lt under "My account". Once the Customer has placed an order, they will be able to view and print the invoice for the order in "My Account".
8.6 The price of the Goods may not change after the Seller has confirmed the order, unless the price of the Goods has changed as a result of a technical error in the information systems or for other objective reasons beyond the control of the Seller. If in such a case the Buyer does not agree to purchase the product at the new price, the Buyer may cancel the order by informing the Seller within 2 (two) working days. In the event of cancellation in accordance with the procedure set out in this clause, the Buyer shall receive a full refund of all sums paid by him.

9. Guarantee of the quality of the goods and the period of fitness for use

9.1. www.rekoprint.lt the characteristics of the goods for sale are set out in the description of the goods for each item.
9.2 The goods offered for purchase by the Seller are of satisfactory quality, i.e. the characteristics of the goods are as described. The goods are in conformity with the consumer contract of sale if:
9.2.1. the product corresponds to the description provided by the Seller, which the Seller has provided as a sample when advertising that product www.rekoprint.lt;
9.2.2. the product is suitable for the use for which the product is normally used;
9.2.3. the item meets the quality characteristics that are generally characteristic of goods of the same nature and that the Buyer can reasonably expect from the nature of the item and from the public statements, including advertising and labelling, made by the manufacturer of the item as to the item's particular characteristics.

9.3 The Seller shall not be liable for the fact that www.rekoprint.lt the size, shape, colour or other parameters of the goods may not correspond to the actual size, shape, colour or other parameters of the goods due to the characteristics of the display used by the Buyer or other technical reasons. The Buyer is advised to read the description of the goods.


10. Responsibility

10.1 The Buyer shall be liable for the acts performed in the use of www.rekoprint.lt
10.2 Once registered, the Buyer is responsible for the storage and/or transfer of his/her login details to third parties. If www.rekoprint.lt the services provided are used by a third party connected to the www.rekoprint.lt by using the Buyer's login details, the Seller considers that person to be the Buyer.
10.3 The Seller shall be exempt from any liability in cases where the loss is caused by the Buyer's failure to read these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy, notwithstanding the Seller's recommendations and obligations, even though the Buyer was given the opportunity to do so.


11. Exchange of information

11.1.The Seller shall send all notifications in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy to the e-mail address provided by the Buyer at the time of registration or when ordering the Goods, or by SMS message to the telephone number provided by the Buyer.
11.2 The Buyer shall send all notices and enquiries to the Seller www.rekoprint.lt by the means of contact indicated in the "Contact" section.

12. Final provisions

12.1 These Terms and Conditions are made in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
12.2 The law of the Republic of Lithuania shall apply to relations arising under these Terms and Conditions.
12.3 All disputes arising out of the application of these Terms and Conditions shall be settled by negotiation. In the event of failure to reach an agreement within 20 (twenty) calendar days, disputes shall be settled in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.
